Terms & Conditions

EU PrintLab is a trading name of Everything Unique Creations (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa. When you place an order with EU PrintLab, you are entering into a contract with Everything Unique Creations (Pty) Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order through the EU PrintLab website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms comply with the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act 25 of 2002 and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).

2. Our Services

EU PrintLab provides the following services:

  • DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer printing
  • UV DTF sticker and decal printing
  • Custom branded apparel (T-shirts and related garments)
  • Custom stickers, decals, and printed merchandise

All products are produced to order. We do not hold stock of custom-printed items.

3. Orders & Acceptance

An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from EU PrintLab via email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • Payment is not received or is reversed
  • The submitted artwork file does not meet our requirements
  • The artwork contains copyrighted, offensive, or unlawful content
  • An error occurred in product pricing or description on our website

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at checkout.

We accept the following payment methods: EFT, credit/debit card, and such other methods as displayed at checkout. Orders will only proceed to production once full payment has been received and cleared.

5. Production & Turnaround Times

Standard production turnaround times are stated on our product pages and are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Turnaround times commence once:

  • Full payment has been received, and
  • Approved artwork files have been submitted in the correct format
EU PrintLab is not liable for production delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late artwork submissions from the customer.

6. Custom & Personalised Orders

All DTF transfers, UV DTF stickers, and custom-printed apparel are produced specifically for each customer. By submitting your artwork and placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You own or have the legal right to use all artwork, logos, and designs submitted
  • The artwork does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
  • The content is lawful and not offensive, defamatory, or obscene

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Everything Unique Creations (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
