Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

All EU PrintLab products are produced to order. Production begins only after full payment has been received and your artwork file has been approved. Please ensure your files meet our submission requirements to avoid delays.

2. Production Turnaround Times

DTF Transfers (A4) 2–3 business days
DTF Transfers (Per Metre) 3–5 business days
UV DTF Stickers & Decals 2–4 business days
Custom Apparel / T-Shirts 3–5 business days
Rush Orders (where available) 1–2 business days (surcharge applies)
Turnaround times are in business days and exclude weekends and South African public holidays. They commence once payment is cleared and artwork is approved — not from the date of order placement.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide across South Africa using reputable courier partners. Delivery timeframes after dispatch are as follows:

Other major cities 2–4 business days
Remote / outlying areas 3–6 business days

4. PUDO Locker Delivery

We offer delivery to PUDO Locker points as a convenient, cost-effective option. When selecting PUDO delivery at checkout, please ensure you select your nearest locker and provide the correct locker code. Once your parcel is delivered to the locker, you will receive a PIN to collect your order. Parcels not collected within the PUDO collection window may be returned to us, and re-delivery fees will apply.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. Free shipping thresholds, where applicable, will be displayed on the website and may change from time to time.

6. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier's website.

7. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. EU PrintLab is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges will apply where applicable.

8. Failed Delivery & Uncollected Parcels

If a delivery attempt fails or a PUDO parcel is not collected within the required timeframe, the parcel may be returned to us. Storage fees may be charged by the courier. Re-delivery of returned parcels will be charged at the standard delivery rate.

9. Damaged in Transit

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted.
