SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing All EU PrintLab products are printed to order. Production begins once full payment has been received and your artwork file has been approved.
Production Turnaround Times
- DTF Transfers (A4): 2–3 business days
- DTF Transfers (Per Metre): 3–5 business days
- UV DTF Stickers & Decals: 2–4 business days
- Custom Apparel / T-Shirts: 3–5 business days
- Rush Orders (where available): 1–2 business days — surcharge applies
Turnaround times are in business days, excluding weekends and South African public holidays. They start once payment is cleared and artwork is approved — not from the date of order.
Delivery Times After Dispatch
- Gauteng (major areas): 1–2 business days
- Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth: 2–3 business days
- Other major cities: 2–4 business days
- Remote / outlying areas: 3–6 business days
PUDO Locker Delivery We deliver to PUDO Locker points nationwide. Select your nearest locker at checkout. You will receive a PIN to collect your parcel once it arrives. Uncollected parcels may be returned and re-delivery fees will apply.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Tracking Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
