Frequently Asked Questions

We accept PNG, PDF, AI, PSD and SVG files. For best results, submit files at 300 DPI or higher with a transparent background where possible.

There is no minimum order — you can order a single A4 sheet if you need to. Volume discounts apply on per-meter rolls only, not on individual A4 sheets.

Place the transfer face-down on your garment. Press with a heat press at 160°C for 10–15 seconds with medium pressure. Allow to cool completely, then peel the film cold.

With proper care (wash inside out, cold wash, no tumble dry), DTF prints last 50+ washes without cracking, peeling or fading.

Standard turnaround is 2–5 business days from artwork approval. Rush orders are available upon request — please note that a rush fee will apply. Contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.

Yes — we ship nationwide across South Africa. Our standard shipping option is PUDO Locker-to-Locker, which is affordable and convenient. Additional shipping options, including door-to-door courier delivery, are available at checkout.
